Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring the successful execution of landscaping projects, and maintaining the overall health and aesthetics of gardens, lawns, and other green spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping.
• Plan and implement irrigation systems to ensure optimal water management for various plants and landscapes.
• Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, and irrigation systems.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques and groundskeeping practices.
• Ability to build structures or features as part of landscape design projects.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail to maintain the aesthetic quality of landscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
