Thank you to all who expressed interest in a potential transfer of position or campus in the Placement Preference Survey. We're excited to continue the internal transfer process and ask that you complete your online application here through Paycom to move forward with this process.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this posting is to enable staff to formally apply for a transfer between campuses.
Your transfer preferences for new opportunities and campuses were noted in the Placement Preference Survey submitted to Human Resources. This application process is to ensure that we have a current resume and updated scope of your experiences, certifications and education. We cannot move your transfer forward without a formal application.
GUIDING PHILOSOPHY
LEARN Charter School Network is committed to sustaining our culture and high expectations academic model. We support transfers to encourage the career interests of our staff and to retain strong talented people in our Network, while encouraging stability and continuity of their current campus by minimizing staff turnover. It’s a balancing act. And always there are more transfer requests than the network will have open positions at the campuses of interest to potential transferees.
POLICY
Staff may be considered for multiple campuses or positions through this single application. Transfer and promotion decisions are based on long-term strategic goals of a campus, an employee’s performance, applicable skills, and career growth considerations, and the employee's potential for success in the new position.
