Job Summary

Job Summary

The Lawndale Elementary School District (ADA approx. 5400) is looking for a Middle School School Principal (grades 6-8) at Will Rogers Middle School for the 2025 -2026 school year. The Principal; assumes responsibility for leadership of the school, providing direction and coordination for various phases of the education and business functions at the school.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum requirements include: 1. Five (5) years successful teaching and/or counseling experience preferably in lower, middle, and upper grades. 2. Masters Degree in Educational Leadership or related area 3. Current CA Administrative Services Credential 4. Evidence of leadership responsibility, which may include service as a teacher-leader, curriculum specialist, Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), language arts specialist, etc. 5. Experience working in a culturally and economically diverse community preferred 6. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Required Documents: (must be attached to your EDJOIN application in pdf format.   • Credential Copy (Valid California Administrative Services Credential)
  • Driver's License Copy
