What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew
- Manage job sites, schedules, and materials
- Train team members and ensure safety standards
- Communicate with clients and ensure top-quality results
- Maintain equipment and oversee daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in landscaping, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of tools, horticulture, and jobsite safety
- Reliable, organized, and great with people
- Valid driver’s license (trailer experience is a plus)
- Able to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
