Landscape Team Member — Full Time
Location: Bridgeville, PA
Pay: $15–$25/hr (based on experience and performance)
Hours: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM | 8–12 hour shifts | 40 hours/week
We’re hiring a full-time Landscape Team Member to join our growing landscaping division. This role involves hands-on work including mulch installation, plantings, edging, trimming, light hardscape work, and more. We work on both residential and commercial properties — every job is different, and no day is exactly the same.
We’re looking for people who take pride in physical work, enjoy being outdoors, and want to grow with a company that invests in its team.

No experience is required. We’re happy to train the right person — we care more about attitude than background.
