As a Lawn & Sprinkler Technician at Lawn Master, you will be responsible for providing essential lawn care and maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, sprinkler repair, and snow removal. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values your expertise.ResponsibilitiesComplete scheduled appointments for lawn mowing, trimming, sprinkler repair, sprinkler blowouts, and snow removal across Ada and Canyon Counties.Use company-provided trucks and equipment to perform all tasks efficiently and safely.Ensure all services meet Lawn Masters high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.Communicate professionally with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns on-site.Perform seasonal services such as fall and spring yard cleanups, as well as snow removal in the winter months.Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.QualificationsExperience in lawn mowing, sprinkler repair, and general lawn care is required.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to the worksite.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.Good communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with clients.Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay : $18 / hour.Pay for Performance (P4P) model : Earn bonuses based on job completion, customer satisfaction, and efficiency, with top-performing employees consistently making $25 - $28 per hour or more.Benefits Package : Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
