What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Installation Laborer position at Lawns Unlimited Of Iowa Inc?
Full time landscape laborer needed. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Must be 18 or over to apply.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work all weather conditions.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb without restrictions.
Must be able to work overtime and Saturday's when mandatory.
The start and end of your work day can sometimes depend on the weather.
Must have a valid driver's license. (If moving to the Quad Cities a current valid driver's license from the state you moved from will need to be available at time of application and an updated local driver's license will need to be supplied before your first day of employment.)
Must have reliable transportation to get to our office every morning in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Must have a working phone number that goes directly to the applicant when called.
We are a Full Landscape Design and Installation Company.
Some of the services you will be hired to complete are:
Installation of Trees, Shrubs and Perennials
Installation of Turf and Bed Irrigation Systems
Rough Grade and Finish Grade
Installation of Sod and Seed
Installation of Walls, Patios, Brick Edge and other hardscape work
Delivery and spreading of Mulch and Rock
Experience is not necessary but preferred
