Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to effectively negotiate and manage client expectations. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data and utilizing Quickbooks and LMN to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking efforts.
- Go to businesses in the service area and perform sales duties to acquire properties to service landscaping
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, forecast future sales, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Utilize Quickbooks and LMN to manage account information, track interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service offerings, and any issues that arise.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on business development.
- Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand complex products or services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
