We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results and provide feedback to patients
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1.5 years of hospital experience as a CT Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A current Rhode Island and Connecticut license for CT Technologists
Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotating shifts, including weekends. You may be required to float between Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in Connecticut and Westerly Hospital in Rhode Island.
