: We are not looking just BAs who will only write user stories, we are looking someone who is capable of running workshops, taking the lead as a Product Owner or Product Manager and being capable of driving conversations and taking initiative.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process optimization and technology solutions.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate requirements.

Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualize current and future state processes.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
Create data flow diagrams and other modeling techniques to represent system interactions.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Participate in system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide support during system implementation and go-live activities.

Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and systems.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.
