RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all our customers and neighbors.
- Active License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health or Willing to earn in 60 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Salary plus commission/bonus - starting salary based on licensing and experience.
