Qualifications:
3 years minimum superintendent/foreman/Crew lead work experience.
- Ability to work safely, with or without supervision; traveling to sites-Traveling is required
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check, valid Driving license.

Job Description:
- Project Management: Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Monitor progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and costs to ensure that expenditures are within approved limits. Work closely with project stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards, codes, and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to create a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions as needed to promote a culture of safety.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and changes to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts, disputes, and issues that arise during construction projects in a timely and professional manner. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to resolve conflicts and maintain positive working relationships.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and other project-related records. Ensure that all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
