Duties
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure up-to-date records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Complete Monthly/Annual reports, tax levy, Railroad & Utility Reporting
- Cross training in Accounts Payable; Payroll and Voter Registration.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Numerical Focused
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
