What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Per-Diem position at Lawrence General Hospital Health System?
This clinical diagnostic position performs ultrasound procedures for use in the evaluation and treatment of patients. Position performs both adult and pediatric imaging in-house in acute care setting. Work is performed independently and is reviewed by the physician through adherence to established procedures and protocols and by observation and discussion of results achieved. Qualified candidates must possess certification:## # Required: RDMS # Preferred: 1-2 years hospital experience Breast, obs., general, small parts and vascular experience American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
