Nursing Assistant responsibilities include providing#basic services#to patients throughout the day who have difficulties with mobility or cognitive skills.# Performs duties#under the direction of the Registered Nurse to support our patients and provide direct patient care. Duties include, but are not limited to: A variety of Clinical#Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels Bathing, observation and meals ADLs#(Activities of Daily Living) Answering call buttons# Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degree with#Basic Life Support certification.#Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required.
