Job Summary
The Dining Room Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests by overseeing the daily operations of the dining room. Duties
- Coordinate daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth service flow. This includes greeting guests, running drinks and food
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of dining supplies and equipment
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food runner or busser within the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
