We're hiring for a leader in integrated design and construction services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our high-performing team in Fort Worth, Texas.
This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a signature $4 million glass structure as part of a luxury hotel’s courtyard expansion. The successful candidate will support project delivery in collaboration with an experienced leadership team currently overseeing multiple concurrent developments for a major real estate client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction project.
- Manage documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination in line with project goals and company standards.
- Support daily on-site operations and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Uphold compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction, preferably within high-end hospitality or mixed-use developments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
