About the Role
Our financial services client is seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer with expertise in Palantir Foundry. In this role, you will work closely with the client’s teams to deploy, integrate, and optimize data-driven solutions using Palantir Foundry. You will play a critical role in understanding business needs, developing scalable applications, and ensuring seamless data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Palantir Foundry to support data integration, analytics, and operational workflows.
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable data pipelines.
- Develop and optimize Foundry Ontology, Pipelines, and Code Workbooks to streamline data transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to maximize platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, improve system efficiency, and ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end users on best practices for leveraging Palantir Foundry tools.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with Palantir Foundry (Foundry Ontology, Pipelines, Code Workbooks, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java (or similar programming languages) for data processing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data modeling, and data engineering in a cloud or on-prem environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing role with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and distributed computing is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Data Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a consulting or enterprise setting.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary : $140,000 - $190,000
