Experience & Education
- 10 years of experience in leadership or business recruiting across Commercial, G&A, or R&D in high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to engage, attract, and close top-tier leadership talent in competitive markets.
- Deep expertise in talent intelligence, market mapping, and executive search methodologies.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Data-driven approach to refining recruitment strategies and optimizing hiring processes.
