Lawrence Harvey is partnered with a global business based in North Carolina looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Supply Chain) for a large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
For this role, I need somebody that is either already based in North Carolina or is open to relocating.
Dynamics 365 Business Analyst (Supply Chain)
Location: Hybrid remote, North Carolina
Type: Contract to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements to ensure ERP systems meet organizational needs.
- Map and analyze existing business processes for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions to bridge system capability gaps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support change management activities, including training and user adoption.
- Ensure accurate data migration and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide post-implementation support.
Required Experience:
- 4 years of experience in as an IT/ERP Business Analyst or a related field.
- Proven experience partnering with supply chain teams.
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with UAT, data migration, and change management.
