Job Overview:
Looking for a PropTech Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our clients team in New York. This role is 100% inbound, focused on qualifying and converting leads within the real estate technology space. You will engage with property owners, real estate investors, and property management companies, helping them understand how our solutions can optimize their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from property managers, developers, and real estate professionals.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and align them with our PropTech solutions.
- Work closely with account executives to ensure smooth lead handoff
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and enhance inbound lead quality.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in an SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS sales, especially within PropTech or real estate solutions.
- Familiarity with property management software or real estate investment platforms.
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 base salary commission (OTE: $150K)
Location: New York (Hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days remote)
