Lawrence Harvey continues its partnership with an international foreign bank to impact their Asset Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of IT hardware lifecycle management in a fast-paced asset management environment, driving innovation and operational excellence in New York's financial sector.
This role is hybrid and will be onsite 2-3 days a week in either Midtown NYC or Iselin, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, from procurement and onboarding to asset tracking and offboarding, within ServiceNow HAM / SAM.
- Monitor and address IT hardware assets nearing EoL / EoS, taking proactive actions aligned with internal processes.
- Maintain the completeness and accuracy of hardware model information in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IT hardware asset owners to develop refresh or upgrade plans for equipment approaching EoL / EoS
- Identify gaps in EoL / EoS data for active hardware models and establish accurate dates to maintain data integrity.
- Partner with hardware vendors and the Sourcing team to drive decisions on upgrading or refreshing critical hardware.
- Provide regular reporting on key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hardware EoL / EoS to ensure process efficiency and adherence to standards.
