Position Details:

- Compensation: $100K–$200K annually (On-Target Earnings)
- Commission Structure: Uncapped, paid monthly over the first 12 months of each contract
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and retain commercial maintenance contracts
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial property sector
- Generate leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contract terms to drive revenue growth
