Compensation : Base salary negotiable depending on experience; discretionary bonus

Lawrence Law seeks an associate attorney to join our thriving commercial litigation practice in the Baltimore area. The successful applicant will gain direct, hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, from client intake through trial or settlement, and will assist with matters in state and Federal court, working alongside experienced construction, commercial, and transactional lawyers, and will have the opportunity to directly advise the firm’s small business clients on sophisticated legal matters.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor Degree;
- Must be actively licensed in Maryland, and preferably in District of Columbia;
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills; and
- Possess a minimum 1 year of experience handling general civil litigation matters. Recent Law School graduates will be considered but must have passed MD Bar.
