MUSIC CLINICIAN (non-contracted)

TITLE : ENSEMBLE MUSIC CLINICIAN - (Pay It Forward Project)

Qualifications :

Undergraduate or graduate degree in music education or performance; or, current student pursuing a music performance or music education degree at the collegiate or graduate school level.

Reports to :

Fine arts specialist or administrator designee.

Responsibilities :

• The music clinician shall assist in the organization of small group / ensemble instruction at the middle school level.
• The music clinician shall instruct small group / ensemble lessons at the middle school level.
• The music clinician will assist with performance(s) of these same small groups / ensembles either during the school day or in the The dates and times of these performances is to be determined by the main instrumental music director in collaboration with the music clinician.

The tasks listed in this position description are subject to change at the discretion of the superintendent. The incumbent is expected to take on other duties as requested or assigned by his / her supervisor.
