We are seeking experienced family law attorneys to become part of our winning team! We will provide an amazing support staff, challenging work, state of the art technology and resources and a caring committed team.
Responsibilities :
Represent clients in Superior Court for divorce, child support, and child custody
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Obtain five star reviews by proactively managing client cases successfully
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years experience in Georgia family law with no on the job training needed (We will train you on our systems, policies, procedure and technology)
Prior experience as a family law trial lawyer. You must have handled at least 50 bench or jury trials and 25 mediations
Prior experience managing divorce, child custody, and family law cases
Experience drafting dozens and hundreds of parenting plans, settlement agreements, child support worksheets, and child support addendums
No fear about taking a case to trial. Able to settle the cases that can be settled but willing to fight when the client wants to fight and can afford the cost of litigation.
Good basic skills. You must write well, spell well, proofread well and know the law. We require excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to never miss a deadline due to your strong planning and calendar management skills.
Good litigation and trial skills, ability to handle surprises at trial and challenging opposing counsel.
Excellent client management, client communication, and customer service skills.

Respect for paralegals and support staff who help us shine.
Ability to trust but verify. Trust paralegals to draft routine documents and legal assistants to e-file and provide other support but review, approve and help ensure that we deliver quality products to our clients.
