ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor various platforms including social media, the deep and dark web, and proprietary data feeds to detect references related to individuals and businesses.
- Review alerted content to assess potential risk and implications for the monitored entity.
- Conduct thorough research on individuals creating content that mentions our clients.
- Summarize findings from diverse sources and present them to clients through targeted alerts, detailed memos, or comprehensive reports.
- Manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Be available to work outside of regular business hours as necessary.
