I am currently supporting a multi-strat hedge fund client who are keen to speak with experienced and talented equity analysts to join their New York office. Ideal candidates will have an outstanding academic and professional track record and experience within the TMT space at a reputable L/O or L/S buy-side fund.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with the relevant sell side analysts, salespeople, and research associates.
- Conducting industry and company-specific research.
- Performing channel checks and due diligence on individual stocks and industries.
- Contribute to research and idea generation process through written and verbal reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years buy-side experience within equity research at a top L/O or L/S fund.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to innovate and improve.
