Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including A / P, A / R, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.

Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and safeguard company assets.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Manage cash flow, develop financial forecasts, and participate in the budgeting process.

Oversee annual audits and liaise with external auditors.

Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Stay abreast of relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a controller or senior accounting role.

Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
