We fix uncomfortable homes from the attic to the foundation with a wide variety of products. We provide custom-designed solutions for all insulation needs, basement and crawlspace upgrades, replacement windows, as well as duct work cleaning and sealing to help homeowners enjoy a greener, more comfortable, and healthier home. We offer radon testing & solutions too!

Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns
- Conduct home inspections
- Create proposals and solve homeowner problems
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- You must be computer, tablet and app literate
- You must have a proven sales success, or a combo of sales, construction, and/or energy management experience
- You must be an active listener and have a high level of interpersonal skills
- You want to be the best and are competitive
- You are also a team player
- You understand homeowners are attached to their home and this requires you to be compassionate as you help them find solutions
- Your love for learning helps you advance and grow
- You possess strong follow-up and organizational skills
- A pre-employment full drug screen & background check is required before hiring
