We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for processing invoices and communicating with vendors to research and settle discrepancies. - Reviews and processes a high volume of 3-way match invoices through the SAP Enterprise Research Planning system using OCR software and Workflow.
- Reconciles vendor statements and researches discrepancies.
- Processes payments, including checks, ACH, wire and credit card.
- Processes electronic files for positive pay to the company bank.
- Assists with month-end.
- Researches invoices for sales / use tax.
- Communicates with suppliers and internal customers.
- Ensures compliance with accounts payable best practices through an understanding of proper internal controls, segregation of duties and policies and procedures.
- Maintains accounts payable email inboxes.
Qualifications & Requirements :
