The Short Term Rental Cleaner is responsible for keeping our short term rentals in clean and orderly condition. The cleaner performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may also include routine maintenance activities and notifying management of need for repairs. This position reports to the Property Lead.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the two rental properties between guest stays
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- Gather and empty trash & recycling
- Service, clean, and supply all restrooms
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify manager concerning the need for repairs
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Perform deep cleaning as needed
