At Lawson's Finest Liquids, we are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Janitorial Staff member to join our team. As a key contributor to our facilities operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- Gather and empty trash & recycling
- Service, clean, and supply all restrooms
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Monitor building security and safety
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
Requirements:
- Based in our Waitsfield, VT, headquarters
- Ability to work independently, provide self-direction, and have a positive personality
- Able to work on your feet for 4 hours and bend to floor level with healthy alignment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Some weekend work required
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
