Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sales Representative to promote and sell our Marine HVAC systems and Medical Cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers in the marine and medical industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including boat manufacturers, yacht owners, medical facility managers, and emergency vehicle manufacturers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Collaborate with FMMS’s internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and product fulfillment.
Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in Marine HVAC, Medical Cabinets, or a related industry.
Strong ability to generate leads and close sales.
Demonstrated proven sales skills with a track record of success.
Proficiency with Sales Force software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events if needed.
