Job Overview:
As a Commercial Plumber you’ll work closely with our project managers, subcontractors, and field team to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial new construction projects, including restaurants, retail shell, and tenant finish-outs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate plumbing installations.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Handle physical workloads in varying environmental conditions and temperatures.
- Complete all phases of plumbing work in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Work 40 hours per week with some weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, specifically in restaurant, retail shell, and tenant finish-out projects.
- Must possess a valid State of Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to handle a physical workload and endure seasonal temperatures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must own hand tools and equipment required for the job (Heavy tools/equipment will be provided).
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber, specializing in commercial new construction projects.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
Physical Requirements:
- The physical demands of this job will vary each day, but may include standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in extreme environmental conditions.
Work Hours:
- Typically an 8-hour workday, beginning at 7:00 AM and ending around 4:00 or 5:00 PM.
- Overtime may be required with advance approval to meet project deadlines.
