What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elder Law Attorney position at LawyerLisa, LLC?
LawyerLisa is looking to add a rockstar attorney to our team! We help our clients navigate the complexities of aging by providing easy to understand explanations and instructions on complex legal issues.
The ideal team player will be interested in learning A LOT about estate planning, elder law, trusts, tax consequences of transactions, government benefits-Medicaid, VA, Medicare, Social Security, and will work with our team of attorneys, paralegals, elder care coordinators, and Medicaid benefits coordinator to fully assist our clients through the aging continuum of care.
We have offices in Simpsonville, Irmo, and Bluffton, S.C. Flexibility with location and remote work based on your interests (client facing or drafting or both).
Full time employment with benefits and a competitive salary. Must be licensed as a S.C. attorney.
