What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONTRACT | Corporate Governance Paralegal position at Lawyers On Demand?
Lawyers on Demand is currently seeking a contract Corporate Governance Paralegal to support one of our prestigious financial services clients in NYC.
This contract is expected to last three to six months and will pay $40-43/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take Board minutes
- Assist with general corporate governance topics
- Attend and take notes at Board meetings
- Manage state filing fees
- Maintain signing authority lists
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three years in a corporate governance paralegal position
- Experience in Diligent applications a plus, but can be trained
LOD/Consilio offers non-attorney flexible talent placement rates that range from $15 to $100 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, the candidate’s general skill set, the applicability of the candidate's skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
