Central Oregon’s largest event company is looking for a part-time contract Event Staff.
LIOE produces some of Central Oregon’s most exciting festivals, races, and events. Help out at local favorites, including Bend Summer Festival, Theater in the Park, The Little Woody Beer Festival and more!
We are looking for someone works well on a team, stays focused, organized, and can juggle multiple responsibilities. This role will include day-of-event work.
Candidates with event experience are preferred. If you are a proactive problem solver and can think on your feet, we want you. Should have strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills. Candidate must be physically able to lift and carry event equipment. If you are interested in entering the entertainment industry this position is for you.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal staff, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to establish needs for events.
- Research resources and contribute to pre-event meetings to help staff make decisions about event design and goals
- Assist in the planning and logistics for events and races, venue preparation, transportation, decor, and more
- Participate in on-site preparations including event set-up and event breakdown
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in the event industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team-player mentality
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
- Availability to work late nights/ early mornings, and weekends during events
