The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting servers and enhancing the guest experience by ensuring tables are clean, water glasses are full, and food is delivered promptly. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and hospitality during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Refill water glasses, deliver bread, condiments, and side dishes, and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Food Running: Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Table Maintenance: Clear empty plates, utensils, and glassware during service, and reset tables quickly for new guests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including wiping tables, sweeping floors, and organizing supplies.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.
