You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, playing a key role in our sales process by setting appointments for our outside sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our solutions and services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further discuss their needs and how their solutions can meet them.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and call outcomes.
- Achieve key performance indicators: 80 calls per day to decision makers; 3-5 first time appointments per week, etc.
- Own the lead cultivation process-responsible for building our database.
- Ability to engage decision makers in conversation and deliver our message.
- Effectively use contact management technology. (Hub Spot, Microsoft Office Tools.)
