We know that all organizations in the healthcare ecosystem struggle to extract and synthesize insights from medical charts at scale. Our AI layer radically speeds up and improves the quality of information gleaned from these medical records to power a wide range of impactful use cases from research to quality measurement to clinical care pathways.

We're currently hiring a Head of Special Projects / Chief of Staff to XXXXXX help define and lead a broad range of strategic initiatives across the organization including evaluating new market opportunities, product use cases and strategic partnerships within both the health system and life sciences areas. our product offering for using the Distill platform to automate data abstraction for real-world evidence, in partnership with data providers / aggregators, as well as life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device industries and health systems.
You can expect to :
- Work closely with the CEO and Chief Business Officer to support new business growth strategy & execution
- Regularly gather competitive intel / insights on the market
- Plan and leadProvide support and oversight for special projects and strategic initiatives from inception to conclusion - engaging with the broader Commercial and Product teams
- Engage with external strategic partners (e.g., potential channel partners, co-development partners) to define, negotiate and implement durable and impactful partnerships
- Plan, coordinate and lead high priority meetings, events, workshops, etc.
- Work with the commercial team to organize and plan strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Support account development and strategic client partnerships as needed

Expected compensation range for this role is $180,000-220,000 for Boston and NYC-based candidates; range may vary for candidates outside of the Boston / NYC metro area. Compensation is dependent on experience, overall fit to our role, and candidate location. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. If your compensation requirement is greater than our posted salary ranges, please still consider applying to our role. We will make a determination as to whether an exception can be made.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
