We are seeking:
- Dynamic mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
- In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
- Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid license in CA, TX, FL, ID, and/or MN maintaining good standing with NMLS.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Originate loans though cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
