Summary of Shop Hand : Responsible for assisting with shop maintenance and other daily operations including, but not limited to, mowing, power washing, cleaning trucks, picking up / delivering parts and equipment to job sites.
Responsibilities :
- Perform general shop and yard upkeep, including cleaning and sweeping.
- Run materials / parts to and from our shop, job sites, suppliers, etc.
- Move equipment to and from our shop, job sites, rental dealers, etc.
- Assist mechanics with basic / preventative equipment maintenance, repairs and parts replacements.
- Safely load, transport and unload materials, tools and equipment as needed.
- Safely operate and maneuver trailers of various lengths.
- Operate mower and hand tools such as shovels, rakes, hedges, and brush trimmers for groundskeeping.
- All other duties as may be assigned.
