Job Title : Oakland Airport Parking Audit Manager
Salary Range : $82,000 - $87,000 per year
Position Summary : The Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing all auditing functions related to revenue, expenses, and operational compliance for Oakland Airport parking services. This role combines strategic planning, team supervision, and hands-on auditing to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and uses independent judgment to contribute to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and conduct revenue and expense audits in line with corporate and client policies.
- Develop and implement audit plans, test procedures, and supporting schedules.
- Evaluate existing systems, policies, and procedures; recommend and oversee improvements.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate the work of audit staff.
- Provide training and mentorship to audit staff to ensure professional growth and compliance with audit standards.
- Participate in recruitment activities and staff planning to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead or participate in internal and business control projects at all levels of management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
- Present audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and team members.
