As an LPI Agent / Clerk , you perform nightly license plate inventory throughout the Asheville Regional Airport parking facilities. Collect and report inventory results. Every night, you will follow a detailed map.
Principal Job Duties :
Perform inventory by utilizing the provided LPI systemVerify each plate and correct misreads.Manually enter missing or non-present plates into the system.Exit vehicles and walk vehicles to obtain license plate informationEnsure all license plates are entered correctly and fully.Complete and submit daily reportingHelp customers seeking helpEnsure the vehicle provided is maintained in a clean and undamaged conditionReport any incidents involving equipment, vehicles, facility environment, or customers.Provide accurate information to the public regarding parking and general Airport information.Education :
High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience :
1 years in License Plate Inventory or relevant experience is preferred.Parking industry experience is preferred.Skills & Requirements :
Must have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust have a clean driving record and pass the MVR driving record checkExcellent reliability / punctualityMust be able to deliver excellent customer service.Possess basic computer skillsAble to learn and understand proprietary software applicationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to understand and follow guidelines and proceduresPossess problem-solving skillsDemonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.Follow safety procedures regarding self, environment, equipment, and vehiclesMust be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements.Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment levelPhysical Demands :
Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.Ability to sit in a vehicle for long periods.Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions.The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
