The Spirit of the Position :
The Supervisor supports theOperations Manager with a complete oversight of daily operations of the parkingoperations, provides leadership and direction for the Ambassadors in the mostefficient and effective manner possible, while maintaining the company'sexpected high quality standards.
The Supervisor will addresscustomer service needs, perform safety inspections and lead employees.
Principal Job Duties :
- Oversee the parking operations under the supervision of the Operations Managerto ensure 24 / 7 professional parking management.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist in issuing NPVs when necessary.
- Handle complaints from both patrons and contract workers.
- Monitorthe team's performance and make corrections as required.
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined withinthe contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and the client.
- Build our "Never Ever Give Up" culture.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, claim reporting, quality assurance,labor laws and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the Operations Manager in completing projects that may arise from theoperation of the location.
- Additional responsibilities of supervisors include such activities asmentoring, coaching, motivating your staff; individually and as a group;understanding and supporting diversity; and establishing an effective team.
