What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at LAZ Parking?
The Spirit of the Position:
The Customer Service Representative greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. Available to walk the garages multiple times a day, open to help put up signage, and assist parkers with basic questions.

What will I do?
- Greet customers and assist guests at the entrance/exit gates. Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and develop rapport with the customer base.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Regular walks of the garage to report issues and to write tickets
Requirements:
- Positive attitude!
- Customer service experience is required.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
