The Spirit of the Position :
The Facilities Manager oversees the operations of a location(s), under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure 24 / 7 professional parking management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Facilities Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s).
Principle Job Duties :
- Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees at parking locations.
- Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct on-site employee activities.
- Identify high potential employees to support organizational growth.
- Process payroll, ensuring timely sign-off and compliance with wage and hour regulations.
- Execute plans for opening new locations and oversee transitions from contract acceptance to location opening.
- Manage financials of assigned locations, adhering to budgets and enhancing revenue.
- Develop client relationships, ensure business retention, and understand contractual requirements.
- Prepare financial and operational reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Organize, narrate, and manage training for Assistant Managers and Team Leaders.
- Communicate with local police and emergency management teams regarding operations and manage event operations within LAZ Parking.
