The Spirit of the Position:
As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for enforcing parking policies within the garage. Interacting with customers and maintaining the garage (sweeping, taking out trash, etc.) are expected.
Principal Job Duties:
- Monitoring metered and permit areas and issuing citations to vehicles in violation of parking ordinances.
- Accurately inputting vehicle license plates, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
- Maintaining and caring for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.), and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift.
- Occasionally interfacing with police and other personnel
- Providing excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
Experience:
- Experience in face-to-face customer relations.
- Experience operating handheld devices and computers.

- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
