What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Enforcement position at LAZ Parking?
The Spirit of the Position:
As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will enforce parking policies within the garage. You must interact with customers and maintain the garage (sweeping, taking out trash, etc.).
Principal Job Duties:
- Monitoring metered and permit areas and issuing citations to vehicles violating parking ordinances.
- Accurately inputting vehicle license plates, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
- Maintaining and caring for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.) and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift.
- Occasionally interfacing with police and other personnel
- Providing excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
Experience:
- Experience in face-to-face customer relations.
- Experience operating handheld devices and computers.
